Jamaica won the 4 by 100 metres men's final in a record time of 36.84 seconds. That's quite unbelievable. Well done to Usain Bolt, Yohan Blake, Michael Frater and Nesta Carter. These guys were amazing. Credit also to the Americans, who also had a good showing and broke their own national record. This last day of Athletics was awesome. South African Caster Simenya got a Silver Medal in the women's 800 metres final, and Britain's Mo Farah completed a double of the 10000 and 5000 metres. Great entertainment it was.
I just wish Ngoni Makusha was here at the Olympics. He could have easily routed the guys who were in the long jump. Maybe 2016. Maybe. Another world record was broken by the US women's 4 by 100 metres team. Well done to all the athletes.
