The IMF Article IV report. We are waiting.

The IMF team was in Zimbabwe recently for their regular Article IV consultations. With an uncertain economic future over the next year because of an array of factors among them, elections, external government policy inconsistencies, the report of the consultations is going to be important because the views of the government actors are going to be laid out. I'm enthusiastic about it because it's very rare to get a detailed analysis on the evolution of government policy. Therefore I will have to play a wait and see game and make serious comments when the report is published.
