Obama coming to Africa

Obama is travelling around the globe these days. This coming week, he is coming to South Africa. His African policy is not clear and has not been giving an ear to Africa, considering that his father is from Africa. Well it is evident that as an American, he is going to priotise US foreign policy. His approach has not departed from the hawkish approach followed by previous US presidents. That is how Obama has been thus far.
